Steve joined during its early years with a background in electronics, and recently celebrated 20 years helping Mainers with accessibility. Mastering the intricacies of each product we offer, Steve's reputation within the market is his ability to fix "anything that can be fixed".

Tonya Polk - Corporate Secretary

Tonya is Jeremy's wife, and she is who makes sure the lights are on, and the bills are paid as our corporate secretary and head of the AP Department. Tonya is also is an accessibility specialist, helping customers navigate through accessibility challenges over the phone, and scheduling a technician visit if needed.

Cindy Lilley - Office Manager

Cindy has been a dedicated team member at MAC since 2018, playing a key role in managing our busy Hermon office. She assists customers over the phone, handles technician scheduling, and ensures the team has everything they need to get the job done. With her exceptional organizational skills, Cindy keeps everything running smoothly—without her, nothing would be where it needs to be!

Korey Stevens - Office Manager

Korey manages the Gorham office, but he can be found out in the field helping with measurements and assisting with projects. Even with Korey's busy schedule, he specializes in customer service and helping our customers. Korey is the rock to our Gorham location!

Megan Polk - Office Staff

MAC has been a part of Megan's life since she was born - officially joining mom, Tonya, and dad, Jeremy, in the summer of 2023. From answering phones, scheduling appointments, sales calls, assisting customers, and coordinating the Preventative Maintenance Program, she is the "Jill of all trades" here are Maine Accessibility Corp.

Kurt Osgood - Lead Service Technician

With over 15 years of experience at MAC, Kurt has worked on or installed nearly every product we offer. Licensed for commercial lifts and elevators, he brings a wealth of electrical expertise and troubleshooting skills to the team. If your equipment isn’t performing as it should, you can trust Kurt to get things running smoothly with his extensive knowledge and hands-on experience.

Anthony Michaud - Service & Installation Technician

Anthony Michaud - Project Manager / Sales

Anthony started with MAC in 2014 and has experienced both the installation and service aspects of MAC as well as the sales. He also holds a license for commercial lifts installations in Maine. He can install and repair nearly all of our products, and always has a smile on. Currently Anthony does sales of residential elevators and vertical lifts, and well as on site project management.

Specializing in both repairs and installations, he is proficient with a wide range of stairlift brands and always provides insightful answers to your questions. From initial consultations and precise measurements to seamless installations and efficient repairs, Jeremy ensures a top-notch experience for every customer.

Dylan Gilman – Elevator Installer

Dylan plays a key role on our elevator installation team and is fully licensed for commercial lift installations. As a certified welder, he brings a high level of expertise to his work. Dylan also contributes to stairlift and ramp installations, stepping in wherever a helping hand is needed. He’s your go-to guy for all things accessibility!

Rachel Sockbeson – Ramp, Stairlift, and Elevator installer

Rachel is a powerhouse on our team, she excels in every project she tackles. Fully certified to install and service commercial lifts, Rachel is one of the few women in Maine to hold this specialized license. Always eager to learn and lend a helping hand, she is a valued and respected member of the MAC family.

Alan Berry – Ramp Installer & Stairlift Technician

Alan has mastered ramp installations and is known for his expertise in this area. While ramps are his specialty, he is also highly trained and experienced in stair lift installations and service, and is capable of working on residential elevators. Alan is well-versed in multiple stairlift brands, offering services from installations and measurements to consultations and repairs. Alan is renowned for his attention to detail and quality work.
